Problem: Cannot download to native device

Problem: Cannot download to native device

With the latest IDE, a project download works and a file download (Shift-F5) is non-functional. It appears to be a nop.

It would be nice to get an update for the IDE that fixes this problem. I don't usually use PJT files for simple 1 file "projects" and its inconvenient to create them now for all of these projects.
