Any one made a wide band lambda/AFR meter

Any one made a wide band lambda/AFR meter

Has any one made an AFR meter. The oxygen sensors is relatively cheap but the meters seem to cost 4 times as much.

IIRC the output from the lambda is a pulse that's duration varies with oxygen content - doesn't sound like rocket science does it ?
