Compiler and IDE Update

There is a new installer available on the
Downloads Page for the new release of the ZBasic compiler, IDE, ZX Library and documentation. The updates are primarily to correct some native mode problems but there are some new features as well such as support for I2C and SPI slave mode. See the
summary of changes for more information.
There is also a new
application note related to I2C and SPI slave modes.

My thanks to Don for a major new software release.
Just to let you know that the Oak Micros website has also been updated with the
ZBasic installer,
ZBasic reference documentation, and the new
version 2.5 ZBasic Virtual Machines for the ZX-24e, ZX-24ae, ZX-24pe, ZX-128e, and ZX-1281e. The corresponding updated ZBasic library for the ZX-24ne, ZX-128ne, and ZX-1281ne native mode devices are available in the ZBasic 2.5 installer.
The technical references for the Oak Micros devices were also updated a few months ago to include the new ZX-24pe and Oak Micros native mode devices.
