Updated Source Code for Application Note AN218

The source code for Application Note AN218 has been updated with the following changes:
  • Added conditional support for devices that contain two USARTs.
  • Added conditional support for native mode devices (larger stack space).
  • Resolved problem uncovered by StatusCom() added status bit for software serial ports.
