my account has a problem

if i log into the forum with username: rdrive everything is ok but if i go to zbasic home to order a part it says email address not recognized (j....h@hotmail.com)
so if i try to start a new account (j....h@hotmail.com) it says I already have an account. So which is it?
I'm just trying to order something.

I am able to log in using your email address with an administrator password. If I try to login using your email address and a nonsense password I get the message "Error: No match for E-Mail Address and/or Password". I can send you a new password and see if that solves the problem for you.
