FYI: 64KB EEPROM

Discussion specific to the DIP and TQFP packaged ZX devices like the ZX-40, ZX-44, ZX-32 and ZX-328 series. The differences between these devices is primarily the packaging and pinout so most issues will apply to all devices.

FYI: 64KB EEPROM

Post by dlh »

Mouser now stocks the ST M95512 64KB SPI EEPROM in SOIC-8 and TSSOP-8. I've tested it with both the ZX-40 and ZX-40a. EDIT: In December 2006 Mouser listed these as stock with a minimum order quantity of 1. I bought 100 at $1.67 each. In March 2007, they list them as non-stock with a minimum order quantity of 2500. Oh well.
