Where to put the ZX-328n

Post by rich »

I wanted to try out ZBasic so i ordered some XZ-328n.
Then the question of what to plug them into?

So i build a board from scratch as shown in attachment 1.
The bottom of the board is shown in attachment 2. It is 3.6" x 4".
This board took quite a bit to build so i looked for an easier alternative.

The next board i build used a 3.5" buy 2" board specifically for the ATmega328 chip. It is shown in attachment 3.
This board is intended to breadboard the ATmegaXX8 family of chips. Much easier to build.

The third board i build was the easiest. It is from "Evil Mad Scientist" and is the simplest Arduino board that come in a kit or the blank board. It is shown in attachment 4.

Alas my attachment png file are two big to attach.
What to do.

Bottom line is it pretty easy to get the ZB-328n up and running on a Arduino compatible board.

cheers,
Richard

The limit is 512KB. You should be able to reduce the size using an image editor.
