Native Mode Compile Issue on Win 8.1

A user reported that after upgrading from Windows 8 to Windows 8.1 a backend compile error would occur when building a ZBasic application for a native mode target. We were finally able to confirm the issue and to resolve it. The v4.2.8 and later installers on the Downloads page contain the correction (a different msys-1.0.dll file).
